I look at the floor myself, check the slab for moisture and cracks, ask how you use the space and leave you a free written estimate, and if the slab isn't ready for a coating, I'll tell you. If you go ahead, we set a date, our crew does the prep and the install with me running the job, and we walk the finished floor with you before we pack up.
